Privacy
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and stores nothing you type into the form. Below is what is still processed when you visit or write to us.
Who is responsible
The controller under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is Stapul OÜ, Tornimäe tn 5, 10145 Tallinn, Estonia. Further company details are in the legal notice. For any privacy question or request, write to hello@stackpulse.global.
Visiting the site
The site is delivered by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). To deliver pages and protect the site against attacks, Cloudflare processes technical data from every request: IP address, date and time, the requested page, referrer, browser and operating system. Your browser may also send Cloudflare reports about network errors. We do not keep our own access logs.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and reliable website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare acts as our processor. Transfers to the USA rely on Cloudflare's certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR) and on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
No cookies, analytics or third-party content
The site sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising tools and does not track you across visits. Fonts, images and scripts are served from this domain, so your browser contacts no other services while you read it.
On your first visit to the home page, the site reads your browser's language and shows the German or English version. If you pick a language yourself, your browser remembers the choice in its local storage (entry “lang”). Both happen only in your browser; nothing is sent to us. You can delete the entry at any time in your browser settings.
Project enquiries by email
The enquiry form does not send or store anything. It prepares an email in your own mail app, and nothing reaches us until you send that email yourself.
When you write to us, we process what your message contains, such as your name, email address, project description, budget and timeline, to answer you and, where relevant, to prepare a quote. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for enquiries about working together and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for all other messages. Our email is hosted by Google Workspace (Google Cloud EMEA Limited, Ireland) as our processor. Google may also process data in the USA under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Contact via WhatsApp
If you choose WhatsApp in the form or tap the WhatsApp sign, WhatsApp opens with a prepared text. Here too, nothing reaches us until you send the message yourself.
When you message us on WhatsApp, its provider WhatsApp Ireland Limited (Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland), part of the Meta group, processes your phone number, profile name and connection data such as time and device. Message contents are end-to-end encrypted. Meta may also process data in the USA under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to its processing. We use your message, number and name to answer you, on the same legal bases as for email. If you prefer not to use WhatsApp, please write to us by email.
How long we keep data
We delete enquiries once they are resolved and no longer needed, unless statutory retention obligations, for example for business correspondence and accounting records, require us to keep them longer.
Links to other sites
The shop windows link to our clients' websites, and the legal notice links to the commercial register. These links only take effect when you follow them. On those sites, their operators' privacy terms apply.
Browser tools for AI assistants
The site offers tools that AI assistants built into your browser can use to read its content or prepare the enquiry form. These tools run entirely in your browser and send nothing to us. The assistant itself is covered by its provider's privacy terms.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data (Art. 15 GDPR), to have it corrected (Art. 16), erased (Art. 17) or restricted (Art. 18), and to receive it in a portable format (Art. 20). You can object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). To use these rights, write to hello@stackpulse.global.
You can also complain to a data protection authority, in particular the one in your country of residence or the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee).
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling. You are not obliged to give us any data, but we cannot answer an enquiry without a way to reply.
